About the Author:

Hilary Lockhart has been in the nanny industry for 13 years, and now has 2 children of her own. She can see that changes in her children's lives affect their mood,  overall moral, and their mannerisms. Changing a child care situation is not always easy; for parents, the children, or the people who care for them.

Mrs. Lockhart feels that there is no better child care than the care from a parent, but when parents are not available - nannies are the next best solution.  Lets make the transition with their new nanny an easier one!

Mrs. Lockhart's eldest daughter, Faith drew the children's picture under the flap.  Faith got a taste of what is is like to write a book and is already looking forward to the next one.
